  • Built and implemented the Council for Advancement and Support of Education's first comprehensive social media content strategy.

  • Relaunched CASE’s LinkedIn page, now CASE’s top social platform for engagement and one of the top social drivers of visits to case.org.

  • Boosted engagement rate by nearly 40% during my tenure at CASE.

  • Revitalized CASE’s Instagram strategy and launched member Instagram takeovers—now a key engagement tactic.

  • Created CASE's first Snapchat geofilters and Instagram stickers; regularly create GIFs and social graphics.

  • Led and managed monthly Twitter chats that generated from 100 to 300 tweets from up to 100 participants.
